Mark, a certified food handler has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Management. He encloses over 20 years of hospitality/restaurant management leadership experience to include Food Service Consulting for start-up restaurants taking them to the next level. Over the years, he has managed the foodservice workforce and operations for several companies, such as Marriott International, Applebees International and Sodexo Marriott, just to name a few.
Regina has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel , Restaurant and Institutional Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Global Management . She has over 19 years of Human Resources (HR) and accounting experience. She has held several senior level positions for fortune 500 and 100 companies to include offering her HR consulting services to small-medium sized businesses.
Together, they have come up with a unique concept with an exciting menu and this devastating duo are excited to present their vision to you!
